These Terms govern your use of theupperdeckclub.com and the services of the Upper Deck Club (“UDC”). By booking, purchasing a membership, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & payment

Lesson, rental, and membership prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment processor, Stripe. You are responsible for arriving on time for booked sessions. Availability is not reserved until payment is complete.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Memberships

Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Facility rules & conduct

Participants must follow posted facility rules and staff instructions. Training and athletic activities carry inherent risk; participants (and guardians, for minors) assume that risk. UDC may require a signed waiver before participation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UDC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
